How do I know which part fits my heater?
Each part's title names the heater series and size it fits, for example "for Platinum Electric 4500W". Check the model and wattage on your heater's label, then match it. Not sure? Send us a photo of the label and we'll confirm the right part.
Do I need a recess kit?
Only if you want a heater installed flush into the ceiling. Wall and standard ceiling mounting use the brackets included with the heater.
When do I need a pole or suspension kit?
When your ceiling is high and you want to bring the heater down closer to the people you're heating. Poles come in several lengths; check each listing for the heater it fits.
Doesn't my heater come with a bracket?
Yes. Wall and standard ceiling mounting use the brackets included with the heater. These are replacement brackets and cover sets, plus ceiling brackets for gas models.
