Every order is processed within 24 hours (one business day). In-stock items are packed and shipped; made-to-order items are placed with the manufacturer with your finish and fabric confirmed, so production starts right away. The lead time for this item is shown near the price above.
Tracking and delivery
We email tracking within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. Large furniture usually ships by freight, and the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Returns & refunds
Cancellations
Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund. Call or text (949) 782-7338, use the chat in the bottom right, or email support@bespokepatio.com.
30-day returns on in-stock items
Start a return within 30 days of delivery; items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are less a 25% restocking fee and return shipping. Choose store credit instead and we waive the 25% fee. Exchanges for store credit have no restocking fee.
Made-to-order items: final sale
Made-to-order and custom pieces go into production for you as soon as you order, so they can’t be canceled or returned once production starts. This includes Lloyd Flanders, Telescope Casual, O.W. Lee, Woodard, Lane Venture and Skyline Design furniture and replacement cushions. Your manufacturer’s warranty still covers defects, and damage in transit is always covered. Damage in transit
Inspect your delivery before signing and note any visible box damage on the receipt. Email photos of the item, the box and the shipping label to support@bespokepatio.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll file the claim and arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Woodard Furniture Limited Warranty
Woodard warrants to the original purchaser that, with the exceptions noted below, your furniture is free from defects in material and workmanship. Straps, slings, and cushions are warranted for workmanship only — not fading, discoloration, mildew resistance, or stretching.

All periods run from the date of delivery. Fabrics may carry a separate warranty from the fabric manufacturer; if fabric is deemed defective after the 1-year cushion warranty, replacement cushion cost less fabric charges becomes the customer's responsibility. Coverage terminates upon resale, transfer, or unauthorized repair/alteration of the furniture.
What Woodard Will Do
Frames
If a frame fails structurally or the finish cracks, peels, or blisters within the warranty period, Woodard will repair or replace it in the original color and style, at its discretion.
Straps
A strap that breaks or pulls loose within 3 years of delivery is replaced directly, upon receipt of the defective item.
Slings
A sling that breaks or pulls loose within 1 year of delivery is replaced directly, upon receipt of the defective item.
If a frame finish, style, or fabric has been discontinued, Woodard reserves the right to substitute a similar style or color. Minor rust seepage at joints and crevices on iron pieces is normal outdoor wear and is not covered. Regular maintenance — cleaning, and touching up nicks and scrapes — is expected of the owner.
To Obtain Service
Start a claim with the dealer where the item was originally purchased, along with a copy of the original sales receipt and the original order placed with Woodard. Claims can also go through any authorized Woodard dealer, with proof of purchase. Warranty claims should be emailed to claims@woodard-furniture.com; if a dealer isn't available, contact Woodard Customer Service directly at retail3@woodard-furniture.com.
Woodard covers freight on approved warranty claims for the first 2 years from purchase (proof of purchase required); after that, freight is the customer's responsibility. Woodard reserves the right to inspect any merchandise claimed defective before authorizing repair or replacement — no returns are accepted without a return authorization.
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage from freight or shipping, unreasonable or abusive use, acts of God, improper care, freeze damage, mildew, normal wear, fading or stretching of fabrics and vinyl straps, glass breakage, or glides. It also does not apply to furniture used commercially (except where a hospitality rate is explicitly noted above), or where the customer hasn't followed the care outlined in the product information brochures.
Disclaimer
Valid only in the fifty United States and Canada. This warranty is in lieu of any other express or implied warranties; any implied warranty of merchantability is limited to 15 years for the frame, 7 years for the finish, 3 years for the strap, and 1 year for the fabric. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.
Woodard is not responsible for loss of use, time, inconvenience, packing, travel, personal injury, or other consequential or incidental damages resulting from a product defect. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you. No person, firm, or corporation is authorized to make any other warranty or assume any other obligation on Woodard's behalf. Woodard reserves the right to make design, color, or fabric changes, or discontinue any item, without notice. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state.
