Standard delivery: Free
Delivered to your curb or driveway, or your front door for smaller orders. You bring it inside and unpack. Free on every order.
White Glove: Room of Choice, $149
Carried into the room or outdoor space you choose, such as the patio, porch or pool deck, and set in place. Assembly not included.
White Glove: Full Service, $249
Placed where you want it, unboxed, fully assembled and all packaging hauled away. Free on orders of $7,500 or more.

Most pieces are made to order. Each product page shows how long it takes to build and ship.
3. We schedule delivery
Once your order ships, our delivery partner contacts you to set a delivery window.
4. Enjoy your space
With Full Service, the team sets everything up and takes the packaging with them.

What is white-glove delivery?
White-glove delivery means the delivery team brings your furniture into your home or outdoor space instead of leaving it at the curb. Room of Choice places it where you want it; Full Service also unboxes, assembles and removes all the packaging.
How do I get free white-glove delivery?
Full Service white-glove delivery is free on orders of $7,500 or more. Just choose it at checkout.
Which option should I choose?
If your pieces arrive assembled and you just need help getting them inside, Room of Choice is perfect. If you want it unpacked, set up and the boxes gone, choose Full Service.
When will my delivery arrive?
Most of our furniture is made to order, so delivery starts once your order is built. Each product page shows its lead time, and the delivery time shown at checkout counts from when your order ships.
Do I need to be home?
Yes. For white-glove delivery someone needs to be there to let the team in and show them where everything goes. Our delivery partner will contact you to schedule a window.
Can I add white-glove delivery after I order?
Contact us before your order ships and we will do our best to arrange it.
