Overview

Bromic’s best-in-class controls have arrived with our Affinity Smart-Heat™ Collection. The On/Off series streamlines installation and elevates everyday comfort with simple, reliable full-power switching plus scheduling and grouping through the Bromic Heating App.

The Affinity On/Off Series is suitable for Bromic Platinum and Tungsten Collection electric heaters as well as Bromic gas heaters, and comes in 1, 2, or 5 channel input options, with each electric channel controlling up to 6000W of power (or up to 10 gas heaters per channel). Using the Bromic Heating App over Wi-Fi (2.4GHz) or Bluetooth, turn heaters on or off individually or in grouped zones, set timers and schedules, and connect with Amazon Alexa or Google Home for voice control.

The 3-Phase 5 Channel model includes a built-in expansion board for seamless Ethernet integration, giving a fail-safe connection to your outdoor heaters, or 0–10V control for Home or Business Automation integration.

Tracking and delivery

We email tracking within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. Large furniture usually ships by freight, and the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Returns & refunds

Cancellations

Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund. Call or text (949) 782-7338, use the chat in the bottom right, or email support@bespokepatio.com.

30-day returns on in-stock items

Start a return within 30 days of delivery; items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are less a 25% restocking fee and return shipping. Choose store credit instead and we waive the 25% fee. Exchanges for store credit have no restocking fee.

Made-to-order items: final sale

Made-to-order and custom pieces go into production for you as soon as you order, so they can’t be canceled or returned once production starts. This includes Lloyd Flanders, Telescope Casual, O.W. Lee, Woodard, Lane Venture and Skyline Design furniture and replacement cushions. Your manufacturer’s warranty still covers defects, and damage in transit is always covered. Quick Ship items (marked “Quick Ship available” above) follow our standard 30-day return terms. Not sure? Message or call us before you order.

Damage in transit

Inspect your delivery before signing and note any visible box damage on the receipt. Email photos of the item, the box and the shipping label to support@bespokepatio.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll file the claim and arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Warranty

This warranty applies to the original owner only. Bromic Heating or its agent will furnish the original owner a replacement heater or a replacement part for any component that fails, with the warranty period determined by product line from the date of purchase:
