Cortland questions
Frequently asked questions
Cushion, sling or padded sling?
Cushion pieces have deep seat and back cushions. Sling is a quick-drying mesh that is cool and easy to clean. Padded sling adds a thin cushioned layer sewn into the sling for extra comfort.
Can I mix cushion and sling pieces?
Yes. Every Cortland piece comes in the same frame finishes, so cushion lounge pieces and sling dining or chaise pieces match.
Where is it made?
Cortland is extruded aluminum made by Woodard and ships from Owosso, Michigan, with a 15-year structural frame warranty.
Can I see finishes and fabrics before I order?
Yes. We send free fabric samples and finish chips. Contact us and tell us which colors you're considering.
How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
Cortland is made to order in the finish and fabric you choose. We confirm the build time when you order and keep you updated through delivery. Standard delivery is free, and white-glove delivery is free on orders of $7,500 or more.
Planning your Cortland space?
Tell us about your patio. We'll help you choose pieces, finish and fabric, and send free swatches.
