Overview

A blend of modern and classic design, the All Seasons Ottoman with Padded Seat is fresh but familiar, current yet timeless. Built-in reticulated foam seating showcases the beauty and comfort of Lloyd Loom wicker while allowing moisture to drain quickly. Our fully welded all-aluminum frames are corrosion-resistant, extremely durable, and require minimal maintenance. Lloyd Loom wicker will not absorb moisture thus will not expand or contract which can result in weakening and rotting, it can be cleaned with warm water and a mild detergent. Seat cushions are made with a core of foam for structure and longevity, wrapped with polyester layered fill for plush comfort and completely encased in a moisture resistant fabric for low maintenance in outdoor settings. Lloyd Loom is the original all weather wicker that was developed in 1906 and continues to be manufactured in Menominee, Michigan. We use Durium Modified Polyester Enamel, which is a melamine cross linked thermoset backing polyester modified with an acrylic copolymer to enhance performance requirements such as exterior durability detergent and chemical resistance. We email tracking within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. Large furniture usually ships by freight, and the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Returns & refunds

Cancellations

30-day returns on in-stock items

Start a return within 30 days of delivery; items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are less a 25% restocking fee and return shipping. Choose store credit instead and we waive the 25% fee. Exchanges for store credit have no restocking fee.

Made-to-order items: final sale

Made-to-order and custom pieces go into production for you as soon as you order, so they can’t be canceled or returned once production starts. This includes Lloyd Flanders, Telescope Casual, O.W. Lee, Woodard, Lane Venture and Skyline Design furniture and replacement cushions. Your manufacturer’s warranty still covers defects, and damage in transit is always covered. Damage in transit

Inspect your delivery before signing and note any visible box damage on the receipt. Email photos of the item, the box and the shipping label to support@bespokepatio.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll file the claim and arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Lloyd Flanders Warranty

Lloyd Flanders outdoor furniture is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a specific period of time to the original purchaser. This warranty covers all defects in workmanship or materials of your Lloyd Flanders® product from the original date of purchase, as follows.

This warranty applies only to residential use of Lloyd Flanders® products.

Extended warranty

For Lloyd Loom products, you can extend the warranty to five (5) years at no additional cost by registering your furniture at lloydflanders.com/extendedwarranty within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

Care and maintenance

Regular care and maintenance is required to support the benefits of this warranty. This includes but is not limited to annual inspection of the frames and touch-up of any minor damage. Abuse or neglect of the furniture voids the warranty. Defects that develop due to modification of the product by the consumer are also excluded from coverage. Do not store your furniture upside down — this could allow water to accumulate and freeze within the frame, causing structural damage that is excluded from coverage.

Warranty service

To obtain warranty service, contact your local authorized Lloyd Flanders® retailer. The retailer will identify or verify the issue and notify Lloyd Flanders® on your behalf. Supply the retailer with a dated proof of purchase (e.g., receipt), photographs of the product, and the model number, color, and serial number of your item. Registering your product online at our website is an easy way to keep track of this information.

Lloyd Flanders® will review each warranty claim and determine the appropriate corrective action. A representative from Lloyd Flanders® may visit to inspect the product as part of the review process. If it is determined that a product is defective in material or workmanship, Lloyd Flanders® will repair or, at our option, replace any part of the product or the entire product. Repair or replacement will be at no charge to you. Freight to and from the factory will be paid by Lloyd Flanders®.

Legal rights

All other express or implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the disclaimer of other warranties, so this limitation may not apply to you.

The Maker

Lloyd Flanders traces its roots to 1906, when Marshall B. Lloyd founded the company in Menominee, Michigan. In 1917, Lloyd patented the Lloyd Loom® weaving process, a mechanized technique for producing tightly woven wicker that's still used to craft the brand's furniture today. The company took its current name in 1982, when Don and Dudley Flanders purchased the original factory. Over a century later, Lloyd Flanders furniture is still handcrafted in that same Menominee facility.
