30-day returns on in-stock items

Start a return within 30 days of delivery; items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are less a 25% restocking fee and return shipping. Choose store credit instead and we waive the 25% fee. Exchanges for store credit have no restocking fee.

Made-to-order items: final sale

Made-to-order and custom pieces go into production for you as soon as you order, so they can’t be canceled or returned once production starts. This includes Lloyd Flanders, Telescope Casual, O.W. Lee, Woodard, Lane Venture and Skyline Design furniture and replacement cushions. Your manufacturer’s warranty still covers defects, and damage in transit is always covered. Quick Ship items (marked “Quick Ship available” above) follow our standard 30-day return terms. Not sure? Message or call us before you order.

Damage in transit

Inspect your delivery before signing and note any visible box damage on the receipt. Email photos of the item, the box and the shipping label to support@bespokepatio.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll file the claim and arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Viro & Rehau commercial quality woven synthetic wicker is warranted against separation and tearing for (3) years from purchase date. Fading and/or discoloration elements, tanning oils, drink pills, liquid , chemicals, water damage or any other cause are not covered.

Every piece is made to hold up in both residential and high-use commercial settings.

Aluminum frames get a baked-on powder-coated finish, then are hand-woven with Wintech® or Rehau® synthetic fibers. Textilene sling products use commercial-quality sling for lasting durability, and polypropylene (PP) material products are commercial grade and CATAS-tested.
