The unique Kubu Mushroom N-Profile open-weave frame allows for an airy flow and creates a lightweight appeal to any outdoor open space. Combine the sofa and coordinating seating tables with the equally stunning dining table and dining armchairs for a refreshing outdoor space. Includes one 24" x 24" back cushion.

Skyline Design Luxury Outdoor Furniture is suitable for year-round outdoor use. Skyline Design materials are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) which offers the right blend of tensile strength and bending properties necessary for weaving. HDPE’s superior weather and chemical resistance makes their furniture suitable for all applications, ideal for outdoor usage and is weatherproof and UV-resistant.

We email tracking within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. Large furniture usually ships by freight, and the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Cancellations

30-day returns on in-stock items

Start a return within 30 days of delivery; items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are less a 25% restocking fee and return shipping. Choose store credit instead and we waive the 25% fee. Exchanges for store credit have no restocking fee.

Made-to-order items: final sale

Made-to-order and custom pieces go into production for you as soon as you order, so they can’t be canceled or returned once production starts. This includes Lloyd Flanders, Telescope Casual, O.W. Lee, Woodard, Lane Venture and Skyline Design furniture and replacement cushions. Your manufacturer’s warranty still covers defects, and damage in transit is always covered. Damage in transit

Inspect your delivery before signing and note any visible box damage on the receipt. Email photos of the item, the box and the shipping label to support@bespokepatio.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll file the claim and arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Limited Warranty

Skyline Design offers a limited warranty for both residential and commercial installations, covering defects in workmanship or materials from the original purchase date. Coverage applies only to the original purchaser and must be pursued through the authorized dealer of original purchase; it is non-transferrable and does not apply to floor samples.

Not covered: damage from abuse, neglect, acts of nature, extreme temperature exposure, inappropriate cleaning agents, product modification, freight damage, or lack of recommended care. Aluminum corrosion from salt air or sea spray is a normal occurrence and is not covered. Minor fiber color variation between production runs is not considered a defect, nor is ordinary wear-and-tear, furniture or cushions not suited to their setting, mildew from inadequate maintenance, normal loss of foam resiliency, or customer-supplied (C.O.M.) fabric. Glass damage from mishandling is not covered.

Service: Skyline Design will repair, replace, or offer an allowance for a defective item at its discretion, subject to inspection and photo documentation alongside proof of purchase. Claims are handled through the original dealer; transportation costs on a warranty repair or replacement are covered within the continental U.S. during the warranty period.

Lloyd Flanders Mesa 52" Rectangular Fire Table

Perfect Umbrella for Our Poolside Hangout!
