Frequently asked questions
Which height do I need?
Dining chairs (about 18" seat) go with standard 29" tables. Balcony height (26") suits 34"–36" counter tables, and bar height (30") suits 40"–42" bar tables.
What does "Supreme" mean?
Supreme chairs and rockers have a taller back for more support for your shoulders and neck.
Can I see colors before I order?
Yes. We send free sling samples. Contact us and tell us which colors you're considering.
How long does delivery take?
Aruba is made to order by Telescope Casual in Granville, New York, in the colors you choose. Build time is typically 3 to 5 weeks, and we'll keep you updated from your order through delivery.
Is shipping free, and do you price match?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum, and we offer a price match guarantee as an authorized Telescope Casual dealer.
