Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between sling and MGP?
Sling pieces use a breathable, quick-drying fabric seat with no cushions to store. MGP pieces have a marine grade polymer seat and back on an aluminum frame, with nothing to replace or clean beyond a rinse.
Which Bazza chairs stack?
The sling café chairs (dining, balcony and bar height), the sling and MGP bistro chairs, and the 56" MGP armless bench are all stacking designs.
Can I make a double chaise?
Yes. The Bazza chaise connector kit joins two Four-Position Contour Armless Chaises for a double-chaise look, and an add-on table connector kit is also available.
Will it rust?
Bazza frames are aluminum, which won't rust, finished with a premium powder coat and secured with stainless steel hardware.
What warranty comes with Bazza?
Bazza is backed by Telescope Casual's 15-year residential warranty (3 years for commercial use).
How long does delivery take?
Bazza is made to order by Telescope Casual in Granville, New York, in the options you choose. Build time is typically 3 to 5 weeks, and we'll keep you updated from your order through delivery.
Can I see fabric colors before I order?
Yes. We offer free fabric swatches. Contact us and tell us which colors you're considering.
Is shipping free, and do you price match?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum, and we offer a price match guarantee as an authorized Telescope Casual dealer.
Planning a patio, pool deck or café space?
Tell us about your space and how many people you'd like to seat. A real person will help you mix Bazza cushion, sling and MGP pieces, and send free swatches.
