Cane questions
Frequently asked questions
Is Cane real rattan?
No. Cane is extruded aluminum shaped to look like hand-bent cane, so it has the classic look without the fading, splitting or upkeep of natural rattan.
What finishes does Cane come in?
Two: Cane, a warm natural tone, and White.
Can I see finishes and fabrics before I order?
Yes. We send free fabric samples and finish chips. Contact us and tell us which colors you're considering.
How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
Cane is made to order in the finish and fabric you choose. We confirm the build time when you order and keep you updated through delivery. Standard delivery is free, and white-glove delivery is free on orders of $7,500 or more.
Planning your Cane space?
Tell us about your patio or pool. We'll help you choose pieces, finish and fabric, and send free swatches.
