Frequently asked questions

How do I build a Jax sectional?

Start with a left-arm (LAF) and a right-arm (RAF) love seat for the ends, add a corner unit to turn a corner, and add armless units to lengthen any side. LAF and RAF mean the arm is on the left or right as you face the piece. Send us your space and we'll draw a layout.

Is Jax made in the USA?

Yes. Jax's wrought iron frames are formed, welded and powder-coated by Woodard in Owosso, Michigan, and the cushions are made in the U.S.

Can I see finishes and fabrics before I order?

Yes. We send free fabric samples and finish chips. Contact us and tell us which colors you're considering.

How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?

Jax is made to order in the finish and fabric you choose. We confirm the build time when you order and keep you updated through delivery. Standard delivery is free, and white-glove delivery is free on orders of $7,500 or more.
