Nico questions

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between sling and padded sling?

A regular sling is Woodard's woven mesh: cool, quick-drying and available in 26 colors. A padded sling adds a cushioned layer sewn in your choice of over 100 fabrics, for a softer seat. Both use the same Nico frame.

Will Nico rust?

No. Nico is extruded aluminum, which doesn't rust, with Woodard's baked-on powder-coat finish in 15 standard or 6 premium colors.

Can I see finishes and fabrics before I order?

Yes. We send free fabric samples and finish chips. Contact us and tell us which colors you're considering.

How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?

Nico is made to order in the finish and fabric you choose. We confirm the build time when you order and keep you updated through delivery. Standard delivery is free, and white-glove delivery is free on orders of $7,500 or more.

Planning your Nico space?

Tell us about your patio. We'll help you choose lounge and dining pieces, finishes and fabrics, and send free swatches.
