Overview

Traditionally heaters have been ugly metal boxes that are hard to ignore, but the Bromic Patio Heater rejects that convention with its stylish design. This modern heater will keep your guests comfortable in outdoor areas while preserving or even improving the look of your patio. Tungsten gas heaters use infrared burner technology, which sends direct heat to warm bodies standing under it rather than just heating the air. The Bromic Tungsten can be mounted to both walls and ceilings and can be angled to best direct heat as well. These mounted heaters last longer than standard moveable heaters and multiple heaters can be turned on or off at once with the push of a button. Installation

Bromic radiant heaters should be installed by a licensed contractor. Bromic heaters should only be installed outdoors or in semi covered exterior rooms. The patio heater does not need any assembly aside from connecting it to power and gas. Fasteners for mounting the bracket to a wall or ceiling are not provided and should vary based on the wall or ceiling's materials; use appropriate fasteners for the construction.

Cancellations

30-day returns on in-stock items

Start a return within 30 days of delivery; items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are less a 25% restocking fee and return shipping. Choose store credit instead and we waive the 25% fee. Exchanges for store credit have no restocking fee.

Made-to-order items: final sale

Made-to-order and custom pieces go into production for you as soon as you order, so they can’t be canceled or returned once production starts. This includes Lloyd Flanders, Telescope Casual, O.W. Lee, Woodard, Lane Venture and Skyline Design furniture and replacement cushions. Your manufacturer’s warranty still covers defects, and damage in transit is always covered. Damage in transit

Inspect your delivery before signing and note any visible box damage on the receipt. Email photos of the item, the box and the shipping label to support@bespokepatio.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll file the claim and arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
