Frequently asked questions
Is Reed made in the USA?
Yes. Reed's wrought iron frames are formed, welded and powder-coated by Woodard in Owosso, Michigan, and the cushions are made in the U.S.
What finishes and fabrics can I choose?
Pick from 15 standard powder-coat finishes at no charge or 6 premium finishes, then over 100 cushion fabrics in grades A to E. Reed cushions come without welting; you can add a matching or contrast welt.
Can I see finishes and fabrics before I order?
Yes. We send free fabric samples and finish chips. Contact us and tell us which colors you're considering.
How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
Reed is made to order in the finish and fabric you choose. We confirm the build time when you order and keep you updated through delivery. Standard delivery is free, and white-glove delivery is free on orders of $7,500 or more.
