Overview

The Bromic Tungsten Electric Heater creates direct radiant heat which warms bodies rather than the air around them. With an aesthetically pleasing design, this electric heater blends into the background rather than sticking out and hoping to be ignored. The Tungsten heater uses a sleek mesh like front cage to help distribute the heat evenly while giving it a unique look. The Bromic Tungsten is not only a stylish radiant patio heater, but it also provides efficient directional heating as well. This electric heater can be mounted to both walls, ceilings, and can be recessed into a ceiling. Enjoy the evening outdoors with a Bromic Tungsten heater.

Installation

The Bromic radiant heater requires an electrician to install. Does not include a plug as the standard wall outlet only outputs 120 volts and this heater needs over 200 volts. An electrician will have to provide the correct voltage and wire the heater for you. Switch device and wiring not included due to differing needs per installation. Mounting brackets are included; however, fasteners for mounting the heater to a wall or ceiling are not provided and should vary based on the wall or ceiling's materials; use appropriate fasteners for the construction.

Cancellations

30-day returns on in-stock items

Start a return within 30 days of delivery; items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are less a 25% restocking fee and return shipping. Choose store credit instead and we waive the 25% fee. Exchanges for store credit have no restocking fee.

Made-to-order items: final sale

Made-to-order and custom pieces go into production for you as soon as you order, so they can’t be canceled or returned once production starts. This includes Lloyd Flanders, Telescope Casual, O.W. Lee, Woodard, Lane Venture and Skyline Design furniture and replacement cushions. Your manufacturer’s warranty still covers defects, and damage in transit is always covered. Damage in transit

Inspect your delivery before signing and note any visible box damage on the receipt. Email photos of the item, the box and the shipping label to support@bespokepatio.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll file the claim and arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
