Order confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email — this means we've received your order and pre-authorized your card. We then begin fulfillment, typically processing and shipping within 1–2 business days. Custom-made items require 4 to 6 weeks to complete before they ship. Once shipped, expect a transit time of 5–7 business days.
Order shipment
We'll send tracking information to the email you provided at checkout within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. Custom-made orders require an additional 4 to 9 weeks. If you don't receive tracking within six business days, reach out to support@bespokepatio.com.

Return & refund policy

Cancellations before your order ships
Contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach agents during business hours at (949) 782-7338, via the chat in the bottom right, or by emailing support@bespokepatio.com any time.
Refunds and returns (non-custom orders)
Non-custom products may be exchanged. The customer is responsible for shipping costs throughout any return or exchange. Due to rising LTL/freight costs, outright returns incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping costs. If you're replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help cover some of the cost depending on the item.
Custom orders: all sales final
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded — production begins specifically for your order the moment it's placed. Custom order brands include Lloyd Flanders and Woodard. Your warranty still guarantees a fully functional, operational product. Not sure if your order is custom? Message or call us before ordering and we'll confirm.
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) on arrival. If you notice any damage, note it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, send photos of the damage, the box, and the SKU, along with a brief description, to support@bespokepatio.com and we'll process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Photos and videos of freight damage, punctures, or visible exterior damage must be sent within 24 hours of arrival, or the claim will not be valid.

Galtech Limited Warranty Policy
Galtech International warrants that its products are free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal and reasonable use and proper assembly. Verification of the original date of consumer purchase is required to qualify under this policy.

Umbrella Frames & Bases
Market umbrellas and bases are warranted for 1 year from the original date of consumer purchase. Auto tilt, deluxe auto tilt, cantilever, and SR series deluxe commercial umbrellas are warranted for 2 years from the original date of consumer purchase.

What's Covered
Warping, splitting, or rotting of wood frame poles; rusting or discoloring of metal parts or bases (surface must not be compromised); broken tilt mechanisms, cables, or cranks.
What's Not Covered
Damage caused by wind conditions is not covered under any circumstances — this includes broken ribs and bent aluminum poles. Replacement of warranty items is determined at the factory's discretion.
Only items designated as "commercial umbrellas" — those carrying the "Galtech Contract" logo — are warranted for commercial application. Cantilever and auto tilt umbrellas are not warranted in a commercial application, with no exceptions.
Canopies
Covers are warranted against loss of color or strength from normal exposure conditions for the following durations:
