The Basic Plus chairs use premium anthracite Textilene sling, providing ergonomic support and a relaxing sit with no cushions required. The high backrest reclines to 4 positions, and the lightweight yet robust powder‑coated aluminum A‑frame folds into a slim, self‑standing profile for easy storage. Polymer resin armrests stay cool to the touch and match the Grey/Grey frame and sling.
The Loft HPL dining table features a 12mm beveled high‑pressure laminate top with a unique 3‑layer construction, making it highly resistant to scratching, chipping, warping and extreme temperatures from ‑40°F to 500°F. UV inhibitors run throughout the material to help prevent fading and discoloration, while a powder‑coated aluminum base with integrated foot levelers and replaceable glides keeps the table stable and floor‑friendly. With a standard umbrella hole for shade, this durable, low‑maintenance set is ideal for both residential and commercial outdoor spaces.

We email tracking within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. Large furniture usually ships by freight, and the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Returns & refunds
Cancellations

30-day returns on in-stock items
Start a return within 30 days of delivery; items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are less a 25% restocking fee and return shipping. Choose store credit instead and we waive the 25% fee. Exchanges for store credit have no restocking fee.
Made-to-order items: final sale
Made-to-order and custom pieces go into production for you as soon as you order, so they can’t be canceled or returned once production starts. This includes Lloyd Flanders, Telescope Casual, O.W. Lee, Woodard, Lane Venture and Skyline Design furniture and replacement cushions. Your manufacturer’s warranty still covers defects, and damage in transit is always covered. Damage in transit
Inspect your delivery before signing and note any visible box damage on the receipt. Email photos of the item, the box and the shipping label to support@bespokepatio.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll file the claim and arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Kettler was founded in 1949 by Heinz Kettler in Ense-Parsit, Germany, initially producing aluminum household goods before shifting to camping furniture in the early 1950s. Still manufactured in Germany today, Kettler is known for its protective Electrotherm finish on wrought iron construction and durable, precision-engineered aluminum frames.
