All warranty coverage begins with the date of the consumer's original retail receipt, including replacement parts or products.

Not covered: normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, natural disasters, or improper care and storage. Many pieces are handcrafted from natural materials, so natural variation, irregular distressing, oxidation, and color fluctuation are normal characteristics, not defects. Proper maintenance — annual inspection, periodic rinsing of frames, and prompt touch-up of minor damage — is required to keep this warranty in effect; signs of abuse or neglect void it.

To file a claim: submit through the Lane Venture retailer you purchased from, with a dated proof-of-purchase receipt and photos of the damage. If that retailer is no longer in business, contact Lane Venture directly at 888-790-4025. Lane Venture will review the claim, may inspect the product, and will repair or replace at its discretion. Lane Venture covers freight both ways for the first year; after that, freight is the customer's responsibility. This warranty applies to residential use only.

On replacement, an exact dye-lot match can't be guaranteed if the original is no longer available or if pieces are ordered separately over time; a comparable piece of equal value and similar style will be substituted where needed. All fabrics will shift in color over time with sun and weather exposure. This warranty gives specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state.
