Overview
A 10 by 10 foot square cantilever that keeps the pole out of your seating area. A grip handle sets four tilt positions, and a foot pedal swings it a full 360° to follow the sun.
Best for: A sofa and chairs, two chaises or a square dining table
Base: Stands on a cross-bar stand weighted with pavers (pavers not included).
Why we like it

Tracking and delivery
We email tracking within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. Large furniture usually ships by freight, and the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Returns & refunds
Cancellations

30-day returns on in-stock items
Start a return within 30 days of delivery; items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are less a 25% restocking fee and return shipping. Choose store credit instead and we waive the 25% fee. Exchanges for store credit have no restocking fee.
Made-to-order items: final sale
Made-to-order and custom pieces go into production for you as soon as you order, so they can’t be canceled or returned once production starts. This includes Lloyd Flanders, Telescope Casual, O.W. Lee, Woodard, Lane Venture and Skyline Design furniture and replacement cushions. Your manufacturer’s warranty still covers defects, and damage in transit is always covered. Quick Ship items (marked “Quick Ship available” above) follow our standard 30-day return terms. Not sure? Message or call us before you order.
Damage in transit
Inspect your delivery before signing and note any visible box damage on the receipt. Email photos of the item, the box and the shipping label to support@bespokepatio.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll file the claim and arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Warranty & Care
Cantilever umbrellas are covered for 1 year against defects in material and workmanship, and Sunbrella canopies for 5 years against fading, under Treasure Garden's general warranty (SimplyShade is a Treasure Garden brand). Wind damage is not covered, so close the umbrella when it gets windy and use enough base weight. Claims go through us as your authorized dealer.

+Do I need pavers?
It comes with a cross-bar stand that you weigh down with pavers (not included). For a cleaner look, choose a base above, or mount it permanently to concrete, a wood deck or the ground with a mount kit.
+Does it work with umbrella lights?
Yes. A built-in adapter fits Simply Shade umbrella lights, including the Luna, which adds a warm LED glow and a Bluetooth speaker.
+Is there a cover?
Yes, the Simply Shade cantilever cover fits it. Add it above under Finishing touches.
+How soon will it arrive?
It is in stock with Simply Shade. Orders are processed within 24 hours and most arrive in about 5 to 7 business days. Shipping is free.
+Can I leave it open in the wind?
Close it when the wind picks up and whenever you are away. Every umbrella is safest closed in a strong breeze, and wind damage is not covered by the warranty.
+How do I care for the canopy?
Brush off loose dirt, then clean with mild soap and lukewarm water and let it air dry before closing. Sunbrella is solution-dyed, so the color runs all the way through the fibers and resists fading.
