Made-to-order items: final sale

Made-to-order and custom pieces go into production for you as soon as you order, so they can’t be canceled or returned once production starts. This includes Lloyd Flanders, Telescope Casual, O.W. Damage in transit

Inspect your delivery before signing and note any visible box damage on the receipt. Email photos of the item, the box and the shipping label to support@bespokepatio.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll file the claim and arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Fine outdoor furniture, manufactured and distributed for over 40 years.

Pelican Reef has been manufacturing and distributing fine rattan, wicker, and outdoor furniture for over 40 years, and is the worldwide licensee for Panama Jack® outdoor and sun-room furniture, along with Rainbow Outdoor for contract-quality patio furniture. Every piece is made to hold up in both residential and high-use commercial settings.

Aluminum frames get a baked-on powder-coated finish, then are hand-woven with Wintech® or Rehau® synthetic fibers. Textilene sling products use commercial-quality sling for lasting durability, and polypropylene (PP) material products are commercial grade and CATAS-tested.

The Pelican Reef furniture group is headquartered in Florida, with to-the-trade showrooms in South Florida, High Point, and Atlanta, and keeps product in stock for quick shipment — built on lasting quality, affordability, and customer care.
