Frequently asked questions
What is transitional outdoor furniture?
Transitional style sits between traditional and modern: clean, simple lines with softer curves, in finishes and fabrics that can lean classic or contemporary. It is an easy way to tie a modern patio to a more traditional home, or the other way around.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
Can I see fabrics and finishes before I order?
Yes. We'll mail free fabric swatches so you can see colors and textures in your own light. Ask us which ones you'd like.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the brand and the piece. Many pieces are made to order with your choice of fabric and finish, so lead times vary. Ask us and we'll confirm the timing for any piece before you order.
Do you price match?
Yes. Found it for less? Let us know and we'll work with our suppliers to match it.
Are you an authorized dealer?
Yes. We're an authorized dealer for every brand we carry, so your furniture comes with the full manufacturer warranty, and we handle any damage or warranty claims with the manufacturer for you.
Need help choosing?
Tell us about your space. We'll help you compare brands, fabrics and finishes, and mail free swatches.
