Overview

The Bromic heater remote control system can turn one or more Bromic heaters on or off from a single remote. The heater control system has the ability to switch power to two separate circuits, enabling independent control of multiple Bromic heaters (gas or electric) from one remote. It can control up to 2 single-element Electric heaters (2000W or 3000W) or 1 twin-element electric heater (4000W or 6000W) per remote system unit. The Bromic remote control can also work with up to 2 Platinum Electric Heaters, either 2300W or 3400W. B romic heater remotes will also control up to 4 Tungsten Gas heaters or Platinum Gas heaters. Bromic remote controls can also be programmed to shut off after a certain amount of time to prevent power or gas from being wasted and increase safety. This remote control system makes heating outdoor areas as quick and easy as the push of a button.

30-day returns on in-stock items

Start a return within 30 days of delivery; items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are less a 25% restocking fee and return shipping. Choose store credit instead and we waive the 25% fee. Exchanges for store credit have no restocking fee.

Made-to-order items: final sale

Made-to-order and custom pieces go into production for you as soon as you order, so they can’t be canceled or returned once production starts. This includes Lloyd Flanders, Telescope Casual, O.W. Lee, Woodard, Lane Venture and Skyline Design furniture and replacement cushions. Your manufacturer’s warranty still covers defects, and damage in transit is always covered. Damage in transit

Inspect your delivery before signing and note any visible box damage on the receipt. Email photos of the item, the box and the shipping label to support@bespokepatio.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll file the claim and arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
