From your space to a formal quote
Dimensions, how it's used, how many guests, and any photos. A rough list of pieces is plenty to start.
Quantities, layout, finishes and fabrics, and for heaters, how many, where they hang and what power you need.
An itemized quote and invoice made out to your company, with volume pricing, lead times and free shipping.
Pieces ship from the manufacturer, tracked by email, and the carrier calls to schedule delivery around your site.

A recent example
A boutique hotel in New York asked us to heat its front desk area: 12 feet long, three staff, a 13-foot ceiling. We recommended two Bromic Eclipse electric pendants about six feet apart and a 48-inch pole to bring the heat down to the right height, flagged the 208V commercial version for their electrician to confirm, and sent a formal quote and invoice in the hotel's name.

Questions
Commercial orders FAQ
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Project orders get volume pricing that scales with the size of the order, and larger orders earn deeper pricing. Send your list and we'll quote the best price we can for your quantities.
How long do commercial orders take?
Most furniture is made to order: about 2 to 4 weeks for Woodard, 2 to 5 for Homecrest, 3 to 5 for Telescope Casual, and 4 to 6 for OW Lee and Lloyd Flanders. Many heaters and umbrellas ship from stock. Your quote lists the lead time for every piece, and our custom orders guide explains the process.
Is commercial furniture covered by a warranty?
Yes. Several brands, including Telescope Casual, OW Lee and Kettler, carry separate commercial warranties for furniture used at businesses and properties. We include the commercial warranty terms with your quote.
Can you set up as a vendor in our procurement system?
Yes. We provide a W-9 and complete vendor setup forms. If setup takes a while, a first order can be paid by company card or payment link so your project stays on schedule.
Do you offer net 30 terms?
Yes, after your first order, with a short credit application. For a first order, made-to-order pieces start with a 50% deposit and the balance is due before they ship; in-stock items are paid in full. Card, payment link and ACH all work.
How is delivery handled?
Shipping is free on every order. Pieces ship by freight with tracking, and the carrier calls to schedule a delivery window that works for your site. White-glove delivery with placement and assembly is also available.
Can we see fabrics and finishes first?
Yes. Fabric and sling swatches are free. For frame finish or table top samples, we'll confirm any cost with you before anything is charged.
