What each part is for

Each part's title names the heater series and size it fits, so match it to your heater's model and wattage.

Recess kits

Install Platinum heaters flush into the ceiling for a clean, built-in look, including marine-grade versions.

Poles and suspension

Drop heaters down from high ceilings, including straight and twin poles in several lengths for the Eclipse Pendant.

Wall and ceiling brackets

Replacement mounting brackets and cover sets for Platinum and Tungsten heaters, plus ceiling brackets for gas models.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know which part fits my heater?

Each part's title names the heater series and size it fits, for example "for Platinum Electric 4500W". Check the model and wattage on your heater's label, then match it. Not sure? Send us a photo of the label and we'll confirm the right part.

Which replacement element do I need?

Tungsten electric elements come in 208V, 240V and 277V versions for different heater sizes. Match both your heater's wattage and its supply voltage.

Do I need a recess kit?

Only if you want a heater installed flush into the ceiling. Wall and standard ceiling mounting use the brackets included with the heater.

Can I control several heaters at once?

Yes. Bromic master remotes and Affinity smart controllers can control multiple heaters. Check each controller's listing for the heaters it supports.

Is shipping free, and do you price match?

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum, and we offer a price match guarantee as an authorized Bromic retailer.
