The Basic Plus stack chairs feature a high‑grade anthracite powder‑coated aluminum frame and premium Textilene sling in Grey/Grey, delivering ergonomic support without the need for cushions. Contoured high backs, cool‑to‑the‑touch polymer armrests, and quick‑dry sling fabric make them ideal for everyday outdoor use. When not in use, the chairs stack neatly to save space.
The 37" x 37" Loft HPL table offers one of the most durable tabletops on the market. Its 12mm beveled, three‑layer construction is scratch‑resistant, warp‑resistant, fully weatherproof, and engineered to handle extreme temperatures from ‑40°F to 500°F. UV inhibitors are infused throughout the top to help prevent fading and discoloration, while a powder‑coated aluminum base with integrated foot levelers and replaceable glides keeps the table stable and floor‑friendly.

Tracking and delivery
We email tracking within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. Large furniture usually ships by freight, and the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Returns & refunds
Cancellations

30-day returns on in-stock items
Start a return within 30 days of delivery; items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are less a 25% restocking fee and return shipping. Choose store credit instead and we waive the 25% fee. Exchanges for store credit have no restocking fee.
Made-to-order items: final sale
Made-to-order and custom pieces go into production for you as soon as you order, so they can’t be canceled or returned once production starts. This includes Lloyd Flanders, Telescope Casual, O.W. Lee, Woodard, Lane Venture and Skyline Design furniture and replacement cushions. Your manufacturer’s warranty still covers defects, and damage in transit is always covered. Damage in transit
Inspect your delivery before signing and note any visible box damage on the receipt. Email photos of the item, the box and the shipping label to support@bespokepatio.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll file the claim and arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Kettler was founded in 1949 by Heinz Kettler in Ense-Parsit, Germany, initially producing aluminum household goods before shifting to camping furniture in the early 1950s. Still manufactured in Germany today, Kettler is known for its protective Electrotherm finish on wrought iron construction and durable, precision-engineered aluminum frames.
