What warranty does OW Lee offer?

OW Lee backs the frame with a 20-year structural warranty. The finish is warranted for 5 years against fading, blistering and peeling, and cushions and fabrics are covered for 5 years.

How long does it take to arrive?

Every OW Lee piece is made to order at OW Lee's California facility in the finish and fabric you choose. Ask us and we'll confirm current lead times before you order.

Is shipping free, and do you price match?

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum, and we offer a price match guarantee as an authorized dealer.
