Solaire Infrared Grills are the Best Hot Grills available. Our grills are finely crafted with welded corners & seams, mirror polished accents, and designed with simplicity in mind, making it long lasting and easy to use. The high heat of the Solaire Infrared Burner cooks at a fraction of the time of conventional grills and makes food juicer and more flavorful. The 36" grill comes with two main burners and a thin infrared burner, allowing for versatility of burner options while still having an infrared sear zone. Solaire grills are perfect for grilling full meals or just using them for searing after sous vide, smoking, or other cooking methods.

Installation/Assembly

The built-in grill ships fully assembled. It only needs to be removed from packaging, placed outdoors in the grill island as instructed below, and connected to a source of gas, either Propane or Natural gas, depending on which type is ordered (it can be converted later after the purchase of a conversion kit if your gas needs change). For more information about setting up and using a Solaire grill, see this page for the care and use manual, which a physical copy is also included with the grill.

Installation

Built in grills are designed to just be simply placed into an outdoor kitchen and are supported by the back and sides by the counter top. If desired, silicone sealant may be used around the edges to help secure your grill, but this is not required.

If the counter top of your island overhangs the cabinet face, the counter top must be notched to accommodate the control panel or front of the Solaire equipment.

Every order is processed within 24 hours (one business day). In-stock items are packed and shipped; made-to-order items are placed with the manufacturer with your finish and fabric confirmed, so production starts right away. The lead time for this item is shown near the price above.

Tracking and delivery

We email tracking within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. Large furniture usually ships by freight, and the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Upgrade to white-glove delivery at checkout: Room of Choice ($149) or Full Service with assembly ($249, free on orders of $7,500 or more). Questions? Email support@bespokepatio.com.

We ship free within the contiguous United States (no Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or international addresses).

Returns & refunds

Cancellations

Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund. Call or text (949) 782-7338, use the chat in the bottom right, or email support@bespokepatio.com.

30-day returns on in-stock items

Start a return within 30 days of delivery; items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are less a 25% restocking fee and return shipping. Choose store credit instead and we waive the 25% fee. Exchanges for store credit have no restocking fee.

Made-to-order items: final sale

Made-to-order and custom pieces go into production for you as soon as you order, so they can’t be canceled or returned once production starts. This includes Lloyd Flanders, Telescope Casual, O.W. Lee, Woodard, Lane Venture and Skyline Design furniture and replacement cushions. Your manufacturer’s warranty still covers defects, and damage in transit is always covered. Quick Ship items (marked “Quick Ship available” above) follow our standard 30-day return terms. Not sure? Message or call us before you order.

Damage in transit

Inspect your delivery before signing and note any visible box damage on the receipt. Email photos of the item, the box and the shipping label to support@bespokepatio.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll file the claim and arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
