Louie questions
Frequently asked questions
Sling or padded sling?
Sling is one layer of quick-drying fabric stretched across the frame. Padded sling adds a layer of padding for a softer seat and still dries quickly. The Louie dining chairs, swivel rockers and chaises come in either; choose on the product page.
What is Louie made of?
Louie has an extruded aluminum frame in Woodard's powder coat, handcrafted in Owosso, Michigan with a 15-year structural frame warranty, with Woodard's cushions in over 100 fabrics or Woodard sling fabrics.
What table comes with the dining set?
The Louie 5-Piece Dining Set pairs four dining arm chairs with Woodard's Profile 48" round pedestal table, the table in Woodard's photo. Choose a Light Travertine or Dark Grey sintered stone top; the table has an umbrella hole.
Can I see finishes and fabrics before I order?
Yes. We send free fabric samples and finish chips. Contact us and tell us which colors you're considering.
How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
Louie is made to order in the finish and fabric you choose. We confirm the build time when you order and keep you updated through delivery. Standard delivery is free, and white-glove delivery is free on orders of $7,500 or more.
Planning your Louie space?
Tell us about your patio. We'll help you choose pieces, finish and fabric, and send free swatches.
