Which voltage do I need?

Most homes in the U.S. have 220–240V service, so that is the right choice for nearly every residential patio. 208V and 277V are for commercial buildings with three-phase power: restaurants, hotels, offices and some apartment or condo high-rises. Only choose them if your electrician has confirmed that is what your building supplies. This 2300W model is stocked in 220–240V; a 208V version is a special order, so text or call (949) 782-7338 if you need it.

30-day returns on in-stock items

Start a return within 30 days of delivery; items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are less a 25% restocking fee and return shipping. Choose store credit instead and we waive the 25% fee. Exchanges for store credit have no restocking fee.

Made-to-order items: final sale

Made-to-order and custom pieces go into production for you as soon as you order, so they can’t be canceled or returned once production starts. This includes Lloyd Flanders, Telescope Casual, O.W. Lee, Woodard, Lane Venture and Skyline Design furniture and replacement cushions. Your manufacturer’s warranty still covers defects, and damage in transit is always covered. Damage in transit

Yes. The heater is hard-wired to a dedicated circuit and has no plug, because a standard outlet only supplies 120 volts. The switch or controller and the wiring are chosen to suit your installation.

+How do I control it?

Add an Affinity Smart-Heat Dimmer to set the heat from 0 to 100%, or an Affinity On/Off control for simple switching; see the options above. One channel runs up to 6,000W of heaters together.

+How much area does it heat?

About 65 square feet. For larger spaces, use two heaters or a higher-output model.

+What is the warranty?
