30-day returns on in-stock items

Start a return within 30 days of delivery; items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are less a 25% restocking fee and return shipping. Choose store credit instead and we waive the 25% fee. Exchanges for store credit have no restocking fee.

Made-to-order items: final sale

Made-to-order and custom pieces go into production for you as soon as you order, so they can’t be canceled or returned once production starts. This includes Lloyd Flanders, Telescope Casual, O.W. Lee, Woodard, Lane Venture and Skyline Design furniture and replacement cushions. Your manufacturer’s warranty still covers defects, and damage in transit is always covered. For Prestige®, Prestige PRO™ and Built-in Series grills bought through an authorized Napoleon dealer, like Bespoke Patio. Napoleon replaces any covered part that fails from a manufacturing defect in normal home use.

Register Your Grill

Registering with Napoleon confirms your coverage and speeds up any claim. Keep your receipt; Napoleon may ask for it with the model and serial number.

Not covered: labor, installation and shipping costs for replacement parts; cosmetic wear such as scratches, dents, surface corrosion, heat discoloration or chipped porcelain; damage from misuse, grease fires, hail, or salt and chlorine environments without regular cleaning; non-Napoleon parts or unauthorized gas conversions; and accessories. +Should I choose propane or natural gas?

Match your fuel supply. Natural gas connects to your home's gas line; propane runs from a tank, usually stored in a ventilated cabinet in the island. Built-in grills should be connected by a licensed gas installer. Not sure? Text us a photo of your space at (949) 782-7338.

+What size opening does it need?

It installs in an 18–20 in wide burner opening (19.4–19.75 in deep, 10.25 in high). Napoleon's 18" zero clearance liner (BI-2423-ZCL) is designed for it, and you can add it above.

+Infrared burner or power burner?

Pick the infrared burner for searing steaks and chops at very high heat. Pick the 60,000 BTU power burner for big pots, seafood boils and wok cooking. Both fit the same 18" opening.

+Will the knobs light up?

The backlit knobs draw power from a connected Built-In 700 Series grill. Installed on its own, it needs Napoleon power supply kit N370-1091-SER.

+Will it arrive ready to use?

Standard delivery is free and arrives curbside. White-glove delivery places it where you want it and removes the packaging. Because built-ins drop into an island and connect to gas, plan on your contractor or a licensed gas installer for the final install and hookup.

+How quickly will it arrive?
