Crank the canopy open, then press the button at the top of the pole to tilt it two ways toward the sun.
Powder-coated aluminum frame
A rust-free aluminum frame with a durable powder-coat finish.
Two-piece pole
The pole separates in two, which makes it easier to carry, fit through a table and store for winter.

Tracking and delivery
We email tracking within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. Large furniture usually ships by freight, and the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Returns & refunds
Cancellations
Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund. Call or text (949) 782-7338, use the chat in the bottom right, or email support@bespokepatio.com.
30-day returns on in-stock items
Start a return within 30 days of delivery; items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are less a 25% restocking fee and return shipping. Choose store credit instead and we waive the 25% fee. Exchanges for store credit have no restocking fee.
Made-to-order items: final sale
Made-to-order and custom pieces go into production for you as soon as you order, so they can’t be canceled or returned once production starts. This includes Lloyd Flanders, Telescope Casual, O.W. Lee, Woodard, Lane Venture and Skyline Design furniture and replacement cushions. Your manufacturer’s warranty still covers defects, and damage in transit is always covered. Damage in transit
Inspect your delivery before signing and note any visible box damage on the receipt. Email photos of the item, the box and the shipping label to support@bespokepatio.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll file the claim and arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Covers frame, ribs, clips, cap, tilt, crank housing, and canopy against defects in material and workmanship. Not covered: damage from unreasonable or abusive use, lack of reasonable care, or acts of nature (wind, hurricanes, tornadoes, storms). Return freight is covered for the first year only.
Wind & Safety
No umbrella should ever be left unattended in the open position. In windy conditions, close the umbrella, remove it from its base, and store it or lay it horizontally. Use sufficient base weight for stability — wind damage is not covered under any umbrella warranty.
Base Care
Rust is a natural part of the aging process for steel or iron-based materials and is not a defect. Keep bases clean, wash with mild soap and water, and touch up any scratches, chips, or rust seepage as needed. Never leave a base standing in water; store it when not in use for extended periods.
SimplyShade is a wholesale manufacturer and does not sell directly to the public. Any returns or defect claims are handled through the authorized dealer where the item was purchased.
