Every main burner is infrared: the fastest preheat and the hottest, most even sear. Best for steaks, chops and quick weeknight grilling.

InfraVection (2 infrared + 1 convection)

Two infrared burners for searing plus one conventional burner for gentler, lower-temperature cooking like fish, vegetables and roasting.

InfraVection (1 infrared + 2 convection)

One infrared sear zone with two conventional burners: closest to a traditional grill, with a dedicated zone for searing.

Installation

The built-in grill ships fully assembled. It only needs to be removed from packaging, placed outdoors in the grill island as instructed below, and connected to a source of gas, either Propane or Natural gas, depending on which type is ordered (it can be converted later after the purchase of a conversion kit if your gas needs change). A printed care and use manual is included with the grill.

You will need the Insulated Jacket, Item #SOL-IRIJ-36 (see item for cut-out dimensions)

Note: Minimum 3 5/8" clearance required between edge of cutout and inside back wall of enclosure for gas regulator.

Installation

Built in grills are designed to just be simply placed into an outdoor kitchen and are supported by the back and sides by the counter top. If desired, silicone sealant may be used around the edges to help secure your grill, but this is not required.

Detail for Flush Mounting

If the counter top of your island overhangs the cabinet face, the counter top must be notched to accommodate the control panel or front of the Solaire equipment.

30-day returns on in-stock items

Start a return within 30 days of delivery; items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are less a 25% restocking fee and return shipping. Choose store credit instead and we waive the 25% fee. Exchanges for store credit have no restocking fee.

Made-to-order items: final sale

Made-to-order and custom pieces go into production for you as soon as you order, so they can’t be canceled or returned once production starts. This includes Lloyd Flanders, Telescope Casual, O.W. Lee, Woodard, Lane Venture and Skyline Design furniture and replacement cushions. Your manufacturer’s warranty still covers defects, and damage in transit is always covered. Damage in transit

Inspect your delivery before signing and note any visible box damage on the receipt. Email photos of the item, the box and the shipping label to support@bespokepatio.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll file the claim and arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Covers all grill components against factory defects in material and workmanship from the original date of purchase, for normal household use.

Lifetime Structural Coverage

Covers the structural integrity of the exterior and interior body parts and stainless steel grilling grids, for normal household use.

Lifetime Burner Coverage

Covers the main grill burners (excluding the rotisserie burner), for normal household use. Failure to perform the after-use burn-off may result in clogged ports, which isn't covered.

2-Year Ignition Coverage

Covers the electronic ignition system, excluding batteries.

1-Year Labor & Parts

Covers repair labor and replacement parts for defects in materials or workmanship, through an Authorized Factory Agent.

Not covered: Installation, normal adjustments, damage from accident, alteration, misuse, or improper installation, cleaning or general maintenance, shipping damage, service by an unauthorized agency, or the use of unauthorized parts. Replacement is F.O.B. from the manufacturer; transportation, labor, and export duties are not covered. Refer to the manufacturer's manual for full warranty details.

Questions, answered

+All Infrared or InfraVection?

All Infrared gives the fastest, hottest sear across the whole grill. InfraVection swaps one or two burners for conventional (convection) burners, giving you a gentler zone for fish, vegetables and roasting. If you mostly grill steaks and burgers, go All Infrared.

+Do I need the rotisserie option?

Only if you'll roast whole chickens, pork loins or prime rib. It adds a rear infrared burner, motor, spit and forks; the grill cooks everything else the same without it.

+Does infrared burn food?

Infrared runs hot, so you'll cook faster than you're used to. Start with shorter times and lower settings for the first few cooks; Solaire's grilling guide under Resources walks you through it.

+Will it fit my island?

It needs a cutout of 34 1/2 x 23 x 10 1/4 in and ships fully assembled. If your island is wood or another combustible material, add Solaire's insulated jacket (SOL-IRIJ-36).

+Propane or natural gas?

Order the version that matches your fuel supply; it can be converted later with a conversion kit. Built-in grills should be connected by a licensed gas installer.

+How quickly will it arrive?
