The BBQ03SS is the grill that started Tagwood: a 304 stainless Santa Maria grill with a wood-burning firebox, a wheel that raises and lowers the grate over the coals, and four ways to cook at once.

Firebrick-lined firebox

Main grates
Round grates are standard and work with the included griddle. V-shape grates (+$100) channel drippings away for fewer flare-ups.
Elevation wheel
The right-side wheel is standard. The front wheel (+$100) locks the grate height automatically and suits walls and islands.

Every order is processed within 24 hours (one business day). In-stock items are packed and shipped; made-to-order items are placed with the manufacturer with your finish and fabric confirmed, so production starts right away. The lead time for this item is shown near the price above.
Tracking and delivery
We email tracking within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. Large furniture usually ships by freight, and the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Returns & refunds
Cancellations
Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund. Call or text (949) 782-7338, use the chat in the bottom right, or email support@bespokepatio.com.
30-day returns on in-stock items
Start a return within 30 days of delivery; items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are less a 25% restocking fee and return shipping. Choose store credit instead and we waive the 25% fee. Exchanges for store credit have no restocking fee.
Made-to-order items: final sale
Made-to-order and custom pieces go into production for you as soon as you order, so they can’t be canceled or returned once production starts. This includes Lloyd Flanders, Telescope Casual, O.W. Lee, Woodard, Lane Venture and Skyline Design furniture and replacement cushions. Your manufacturer’s warranty still covers defects, and damage in transit is always covered. Damage in transit
Inspect your delivery before signing and note any visible box damage on the receipt. Email photos of the item, the box and the shipping label to support@bespokepatio.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll file the claim and arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Tagwood Limited Warranty
Tagwood warrants its grills against defects in materials and manufacture, for the original buyer, when bought through an authorized Tagwood dealer like Bespoke Patio.

The BBQ09SS insert-style grill for custom masonry builds.

The BBQ03SI, built from coated cold-rolled steel with stainless cooking parts.
Not covered: rust, corrosion, oxidation, scratches, dents and heat discoloration, which are normal on a grill cooked over open fire; commercial, rental or contract use; and labor. The warranty is not transferable, and Tagwood asks for your purchase invoice with any claim, so keep your receipt.

Questions, answered
+Wood or charcoal?
Both. Burn hardwood (oak, mesquite, fruitwood) or lump charcoal in the firebox, let it fall to embers, then rake the coals under the grates. Wood gives the classic Argentine asado flavor; charcoal is quicker to get going.
+Right-side or front elevation wheel?
Both raise and lower the main grate over the coals. The right-side wheel is standard and uses a manual lock to hold the grate height. The front wheel (special order) has an internal lock that holds the grate automatically whenever you stop turning, and suits grills set against a wall or in an island.
+Round or V-shape grates?
Round grates are standard and work with the interchangeable griddle. V-shape grates channel fat and juices into a collector at the front for less flare-up, but don't work with the griddle. You can add V-shape grates later, too.
+Partially or fully assembled?
Partially assembled grills arrive with the whole top (firebox, grates, elevation system) assembled; you attach the base cart, wheels and side table. Fully assembled grills arrive ready to use, crated. White-glove delivery can place it for you.
+Will 304 stainless steel rust?
304 stainless is highly corrosion resistant, not corrosion proof. Salt air, pool chemicals and harsh cleaners can cause surface spotting, so rinse it now and then (especially near the coast), clean with mild soap and keep it covered between cooks. A fitted cover is listed under Complete your setup.
+How quickly will it arrive?
The standard setup ships from stock and typically arrives in 5–7 business days. Fully assembled, front-wheel and V-grate setups are special order; we'll confirm timing with you before your order is placed. Text us at (949) 782-7338 with any questions.

Tagwood builds Argentine-style Santa Maria grills for cooking over real wood and charcoal: a firebox (brasero) to burn wood down to embers, a wheel-driven elevation system that raises and lowers the grates over the coals, and S-hooks for hanging meat the gaucho way. Most models are built entirely from 304 stainless steel, made to be cooked on hard and to bring people together around the fire.
