Overview

The 47.2 inch Bromic BH3130047 extension pole for Platinum electric heaters provides allows for hanging your Platinum Electric Heater from a higher ceiling. The suspension pole helps provide heat directly, while still allowing directional adjustability. This extension pole is 23.6-inches in length and is designed for the Platinum Smart Heat Electric Heaters.

Cancellations

30-day returns on in-stock items

Start a return within 30 days of delivery; items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are less a 25% restocking fee and return shipping. Choose store credit instead and we waive the 25% fee. Exchanges for store credit have no restocking fee.

Made-to-order items: final sale

Made-to-order and custom pieces go into production for you as soon as you order, so they can’t be canceled or returned once production starts. This includes Lloyd Flanders, Telescope Casual, O.W. Lee, Woodard, Lane Venture and Skyline Design furniture and replacement cushions. Your manufacturer’s warranty still covers defects, and damage in transit is always covered. Damage in transit

Inspect your delivery before signing and note any visible box damage on the receipt. Email photos of the item, the box and the shipping label to support@bespokepatio.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll file the claim and arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

This warranty applies to the original owner only. Bromic Heating or its agent will furnish the original owner a replacement heater or a replacement part for any component that fails, with the warranty period determined by product line from the date of purchase:
