What warranty does OW Lee offer?
OW Lee backs the frame with a 20-year structural warranty. The finish is warranted for 5 years, and cushions and fabrics for 5 years.
Can I mix collections at the table?
Yes. OW Lee chairs and tables share the same frame finishes, so you can pair a favorite chair with any table top and base.
How many chairs fit my table?
As a rule of thumb, allow about 24 inches of table edge per chair: a 48-inch round seats four, a 60-inch round seats six, and a 42 by 84-inch rectangle seats six to eight.
Can I see finishes and fabrics before I order?
Yes. We send free fabric samples and finish chips. Contact us and tell us which colors you're considering.
How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
OW Lee is made to order in the finish and fabric you choose. We confirm the build time when you order and keep you updated through delivery. Standard delivery is free, and white-glove delivery is free on orders of $7,500 or more.
