The 500 Series 32" is the way into a real Napoleon outdoor kitchen without the 700 Series price: the same 32" footprint, room for 32 burgers and stainless Wave grids. You give up the infrared rotisserie burner, interior lights and backlit knobs. If those matter, step up to the 700 Series 32"; if you mostly grill burgers, steaks and vegetables, this is plenty.

30-day returns on in-stock items

Start a return within 30 days of delivery; items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are less a 25% restocking fee and return shipping. Choose store credit instead and we waive the 25% fee. Exchanges for store credit have no restocking fee.

Made-to-order items: final sale

Made-to-order and custom pieces go into production for you as soon as you order, so they can’t be canceled or returned once production starts. This includes Lloyd Flanders, Telescope Casual, O.W. Lee, Woodard, Lane Venture and Skyline Design furniture and replacement cushions. Your manufacturer’s warranty still covers defects, and damage in transit is always covered. Damage in transit

For Prestige®, Prestige PRO™ and Built-in Series grills bought through an authorized Napoleon dealer, like Bespoke Patio. Napoleon replaces any covered part that fails from a manufacturing defect in normal home use.

Hood and lid (stainless or porcelain enamel), aluminum castings, stainless steel cooking grids and stainless steel tube burners.

Stainless steel sear plates, porcelain-enameled cast iron grids, the infrared rotisserie burner, infrared side and bottom burners, and all other parts.

Electrical components, including the connected display and electronics.

Register Your Grill

Registering with Napoleon confirms your coverage and speeds up any claim. Keep your receipt; Napoleon may ask for it with the model and serial number.

Not covered: labor, installation and shipping costs for replacement parts; cosmetic wear such as scratches, dents, surface corrosion, heat discoloration or chipped porcelain; damage from misuse, grease fires, hail, or salt and chlorine environments without regular cleaning; non-Napoleon parts or unauthorized gas conversions; and accessories. Commercial or communal use is covered for two (2) years.

+Should I choose propane or natural gas?

Match your fuel supply. Natural gas connects to your home's gas line; propane runs from a tank, usually stored in a ventilated cabinet in the island. Built-in grills should be connected by a licensed gas installer. Not sure? Text us a photo of your space at (949) 782-7338.

+What size opening does my island need?

A cutout 30–32 in wide, 19.4–19.75 in deep and 10.25 in high. The integrated trim allows about 2 inches of tolerance, and the installation guide under Resources has the full drawings. Napoleon's 32" zero clearance liner (BI-3623-ZCL) fits it.

+What is the difference between the 500 and 700 Series?

The 700 Series 32" adds an infrared rear rotisserie burner with a rotisserie kit, interior lights, backlit knobs, thicker 9.5 mm grids and 66,000 BTU. The 500 Series keeps the stainless construction, Wave grids and 32" footprint at a lower price. See the Built-In 700 Series 32".

+Do I need a zero clearance liner?

Napoleon's zero clearance liners give you more finishing-material options for your island. Your installer will confirm what your build requires; the installation guide under Delivery & Care lists the clearances. You can add the matching liner above.

+Will it arrive ready to use?

Standard delivery is free and arrives curbside. White-glove delivery places it where you want it and removes the packaging. Because built-ins drop into an island and connect to gas, plan on your contractor or a licensed gas installer for the final install and hookup.

+How quickly will it arrive?

Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically arrive in 5–7 business days from the nearest Napoleon distribution center.

+What warranty does it carry?
