30-day returns on in-stock items

Start a return within 30 days of delivery; items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are less a 25% restocking fee and return shipping. Choose store credit instead and we waive the 25% fee. Exchanges for store credit have no restocking fee.

Made-to-order items: final sale

Made-to-order and custom pieces go into production for you as soon as you order, so they can’t be canceled or returned once production starts. This includes Lloyd Flanders, Telescope Casual, O.W. Lee, Woodard, Lane Venture and Skyline Design furniture and replacement cushions. Your manufacturer’s warranty still covers defects, and damage in transit is always covered. Damage in transit

For Prestige®, Prestige PRO™ and Built-in Series grills bought through an authorized Napoleon dealer, like Bespoke Patio. Napoleon replaces any covered part that fails from a manufacturing defect in normal home use.

Hood and lid (stainless or porcelain enamel), aluminum castings, stainless steel cooking grids and stainless steel tube burners.

Stainless steel sear plates, porcelain-enameled cast iron grids, the infrared rotisserie burner, infrared side and bottom burners, and all other parts.

Register Your Grill

Registering with Napoleon confirms your coverage and speeds up any claim. Keep your receipt; Napoleon may ask for it with the model and serial number.

Not covered: labor, installation and shipping costs for replacement parts; cosmetic wear such as scratches, dents, surface corrosion, heat discoloration or chipped porcelain; damage from misuse, grease fires, hail, or salt and chlorine environments without regular cleaning; non-Napoleon parts or unauthorized gas conversions; and accessories. Commercial or communal use is covered for two (2) years.

+Should I choose propane or natural gas?

Choose the version that matches your fuel supply. Propane models run on a standard 20 lb tank (sold separately) and can sit anywhere on your patio. Natural gas models connect to your home's gas line, so plan for a licensed installer to run the line. Not sure which you have? Text us a photo at (949) 782-7338 and we'll help.

+How does the built-in smoker box work?

Load wood chips or chunks into the electric smoker box from the front, without opening the lid. It smolders for up to 45 minutes per load, adding real smoke flavor to ribs, brisket, salmon or anything on the grill while the gas burners handle the heat.

+PRO 665 Elite or PRO 500?

Both have the full PRO smart system. The 665 Elite adds a fifth burner and about 25% more space (41 burgers vs 31), the built-in electric smoker box, and soft-close drawers with organized storage. Choose the Elite if you smoke regularly or cook for big groups.

+How quickly will it arrive?

Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically arrive in 5–7 business days from the nearest Napoleon distribution center. If you choose white-glove delivery, the crew will call to schedule a time that works for you.

+Does it arrive assembled?

Standard delivery is free and arrives curbside in its packaging, ready for you to assemble (Napoleon's assembly guide is under Delivery & Care). Choose Full Service white-glove delivery ($249, free on orders of $7,500 or more) and our crew places it, assembles it and hauls away the packaging.

+What warranty does it carry?

Napoleon's Limited Lifetime Warranty for Prestige grills: lifetime coverage on the lid, aluminum castings, stainless steel cooking grids and stainless tube burners; 15 years on the infrared burners, sear plates and all other parts; and 3 years on electrical components. It applies to grills bought through an authorized Napoleon dealer like us, and we'll help with any claim. Register your grill with Napoleon after delivery.
