Telescope Casual traces its history to 1903, when the Telescope Cot Bed & Novelty Company began manufacturing folding cots and camp stools in New York City — the "telescoping" legs that gave the company its name. The company relocated to Granville, New York in 1921, where it remains family-owned and American-made today, now in its fourth and fifth generation of leadership. Telescope pioneered the first outdoor sling furniture in 1966 and was named ICFA's 2022 Manufacturer of the Year.
With collections like Leeward, Belle Isle, and Kendall, plus an extensive range of dining, bar, and coffee tables in sling, cushioned, marine-grade polymer, and acrylic construction, Telescope Casual offers contract-grade quality for both home and commercial outdoor spaces.

What's the difference between sling, cushion and strap seating?
Sling is a taut, breathable fabric seat that dries quickly and needs no cushions. Deep-seat cushion pieces add thick, lounge-style comfort. Strap seating uses durable vinyl straps for a classic look that's easy to care for.
Which collections are best near a pool or the coast?
Look at the Marine Grade Polymer (MGP) collections, such as St. Catherine, Wexler, Dune and the Leeward MGP Sling line. MGP won't rot, crack or absorb fresh or salt water.
How long does delivery take?
