Since 1866

One maker. Every look.

Woodard wrought iron filled America's terraces long before outdoor living had a name. Today the same tradition of handcraft builds every style, from ornate traditional iron to clean modern lines, so your backyard can be as classic or as contemporary as you are.

Woodard questions

Frequently asked questions

Where is Woodard furniture made?

Woodard has handcrafted iron and aluminum furniture in the USA for over 160 years, starting in Owosso, Michigan in 1866. Each frame is formed, finished and inspected by hand. Woven and NexTeak frames are built to Woodard standards at partner factories, and every cushion is made in the U.S.

What warranty does Woodard offer?

Iron and aluminum frames carry a 15-year structural warranty and a 7-year finish warranty. NexTeak frames are covered for 5 years and woven frames for 3.

Which material should I choose?

Wrought iron is the heaviest and most classic. Aluminum is light and will not rust. Woven pieces have quick-drying foam, so there are no cushions to store. NexTeak gives you the look of teak with no oiling.

How long does a Woodard order take?

Most Woodard pieces are made to order in your finish and fabric and ship in about 2 to 4 weeks. We will confirm timing when you order.

Can I see finishes and fabrics before I order?

Yes. We send free fabric samples and finish chips. Contact us and tell us which colors you're considering.

How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?

Woodard is made to order in the finish and fabric you choose. We confirm the build time when you order and keep you updated through delivery. Standard delivery is free, and white-glove delivery is free on orders of $7,500 or more.

Planning a Woodard patio?

Tell us about your space and style. A real person will help you pick the collection, finish and fabric, and we'll send free swatches.
